Author, Jim Johnston is a 69 year old, retired aeronautical design engineer. Jim is an inventor and author and writing now takes up most of his time. The rest of his time is spent on devising ways to help his fellow American.

In his retirement he has three main projects that he is actively pursuing. First is his proposal to congress, that is out lined in his book. Next; he has designed an electric producing generator that is powered by magnetic force with the hope that its' development will further the progress of humanity.

He is also in the process of opening a drive through restaurant that will serve to revolutionize the food service industry in the future.

Jim has also been a producer of television shows and worked part time in real estate buying and selling property for land development and an eighty unit condominium project in San Diego, California.

He stays sharp by matching wits with an up and down stock market which all laid the foundation to his interest in economics which led him to politics.

His unique business plans in his proposal before Congress coupled with a revolutionary proposed franchise fast food restaurant as well as his astute knowledge of mathematics has put him at the cutting edge of shear genius..

He considers himself to be just an every day Jim, ready to talk to anyone; or to swap recipes and cooking ideas from one of his first books, "Mexican Cooking for the Single Parent." This makes Jim the neighbor next door.

In Patriots Vote for Guaranteed Medical & Full Salary Retirement," the primary objective of the author is to make Americans aware of the message contained in chapter 12. This chapter describes a proposal now before congress that may provide full salary retirement income to those who retire under this plan and in the process save Social Security and Medicare.

The problems of concern to Social Security and Medicare are projections; it is projected in the very near future these social programs will not have sufficient income to support the benefits that must be paid to future recipients.

The solution is simple, either increase income or reduce projected future recipients and the plan described in the book reduces future recipients by offering retirees full salary retirement income in lieu of benefits paid from these social programs.

The plan is paid for by the employers and while paying for this plan the employers convert 40% of their current payroll expenses into new taxable net gain and most importantly the employers separate payroll reliance on the companys gross income.

By separating payrolls reliance on gross we find that it is no longer is it necessary for American companies to send American jobs to a foreign soil in quest of a cheaper labor force.

Under the plan, an employee is eligible for retirement after twenty years of continuos work service no matter what their age may be and at retirement the employee must sign a waiver that would waive all their benefits from Social Security and Medicare.

Once this waiver is signed the employee no longer has to pay into these social programs this results as a pay increase to the employee at retirement.

Now let us examine what has taken place here, the plan has substantially reduced the retirement age, created a stronger buying public with full salary retirement income, provided more income to the IRS, placed Social Security and Medicare in a more financially solvent condition and all paid for by the employer.

We keep American jobs in America for Americans.
